Admardi Pvt. Ltd is seeking a proactive and driven Sales cum Project Manager who will play a dual role: acquiring new business through field sales and ensuring smooth execution of projects post-acquisition. This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities (Sales & Business Development)
Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation
Present company services to prospects, pitch proposals, and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Gather market insights and competitor information to improve sales strategy

Project Management & Coordination
Act as the single point of contact for client accounts post-sales closure
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams
Coordinate with design, content, and technical teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team accountability
Ensure client communication is regular, professional, and aligned with project progress
Maintain documentation and project trackers for internal and client reference
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in field sales, client handling, and project coordination
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, CRM software, or project management tools.
Ability to handle client expectations and lead internal teams effectively
Nice to Have
Background in marketing, media, or creative services
Ability to upsell services or identify cross-selling opportunities
Fluency in English and local language for better client interaction
