Sales cum Project Manager
who will own the end-to-end client journey -- from winning new business to flawlessly delivering projects. This role demands someone who not only excels in sales and project execution but also
has an exceptional understanding of our services, deep knowledge of industry competitors, and a clear grasp of what makes Admardi stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
? Identify, connect with, and pitch to potential clients through field visits, networking, and targeted lead generation.
? Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight Admardi's unique selling propositions versus competitors.
? Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business opportunities.
? Actively monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market gaps to refine sales strategies and maintain our competitive edge.
Project Management & Coordination
? Serve as the single point of contact for client accounts after sales closure.
? Clearly understand client requirements and convert them into actionable briefs for design,content, and technical teams.
? Ensure flawless execution by monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and team accountability.
? Keep client communication professional, proactive, and transparent at every stage.
? Maintain comprehensive project trackers and documentation for both internal and client reference.

Anticipate potential challenges and resolve them before they impact delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? 4-6 years' proven experience in
field sales, client handling, and project coordination
within marketing, digital, or creative industries.
?
Excellent knowledge
of Admardi's service offerings and the ability to clearly articulate
how we outperform competitors.
? Track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets consistently.
? Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
? Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
? Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
? Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations with authority.
Nice to Have
? Background in marketing, media, or creative services
? Ability to upsell services or identify cross-selling opportunities
? Fluency in English and local language for better client interaction

Pay: ₹17,747.31 - ₹58,270.71 per month
