Regalo Kitchens is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to manage company-generated leads, handle client meetings, and close sales. The focus will be on client conversion, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client meetings and understand requirements and budgets
Present proposals, quotations, and commercial terms to clients
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closures
Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion ratios
Coordinate with internal design and operations teams post-deal closure
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in interior sales/business development (closing-focused)
Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
Ability to close deals efficiently using provided leads
Customer-centric approach with a result-oriented mindset
Familiarity with interior products and solutions preferred
