Job Description

Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve vehicle sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling team performance and daily operations.

Customer Handling

: Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle needs. Explain product features, finance options, warranties, and benefits. Assist in vehicle selection based on load, route, mileage, and usage. Customer Handling & Admin

Coordination

: Schedule appointments or test drives. Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for smooth customer handling.

Follow-up Support

: Make follow-up calls for pending documents or feedback.
