Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
Counsel prospective students and guide them through the course/program selection process.
Maintain strong follow-ups with leads via calls, emails, and CRM tools to ensure conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent pre- and post-sales support.
Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs to meet their career goals.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve sales strategies and student experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in
Sales or CRM
(preferably in the education/ed-tech sector).
Excellent communication skills in English
(both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to handle objections and close deals.
Ability to understand student requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
