A Sales cum Business Manage is responsible for driving revenue, managing the client acquisition funnel, leading the sales team, overseeing clinic business performance, and building external tie?ups that grow the brand.
Clinic operations and team management
Supervise front office, counsellors and sales therapists; set daily targets, track performance and run briefings/weekly reviews.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to align slots, packages, and protocols so that commitments made during counselling are feasible operationally.
Oversee patient experience end?to?end: minimal waiting, proper follow?ups, feedback collection and complaint resolution to protect the clinic's reputation
Business analysis and strategy
Review daily/weekly MIS: revenue by doctor, service, branch, source; track KPIs like average bill value, conversion rate, repeat visit rate, and package utilisation.
Identify under?performing services or time slots and create focused campaigns or bundles (e.g., laser + peel combos, memberships).
Prepare business reports and recommendations for the owner, including pricing changes, new services to add, or marketing spends to increase/decrease.
Identify and build tie?ups with:
Nearby gyms, salons, spas, dieticians, bridal studios, coworking spaces, and premium housing societies for cross?referral programs.
Corporates for employee wellness/appearance programs (annual skin checks, special rates on laser and anti?ageing treatments)
Pharma/cosmeceutical and device brands for co?branded events, CMEs, workshops, influencer campaigns and patient education sessions.
