About the Role:
Kaushik Outdoors is looking for a motivated and experienced
Sales cum Business Development Executive
to expand our
B2B outdoor media sales (hoarding sales)
in
Vadodara
. The role combines sales and business development, requiring a strong local network, proven outdoor advertising experience, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive
new business development
through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
Pitch
hoarding/outdoor advertising solutions
to corporate and local businesses.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Understand client objectives and provide
customized outdoor media solutions
.
Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit daily field activity and sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Education:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven
B2B Outdoor Media / Hoarding Sales
experience (mandatory).
Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of
Vadodara and nearby areas
.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good time management and reporting ability.
