Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and fine jewellery
Explain product details such as purity, weight, diamond quality, and pricing clearly
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
Ensure proper billing, tagging, and coordination with the billing/software team
Maintain showroom presentation, displays, and hygiene standards
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic after-sales support
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Customer-focused, confident, and well-presented
Basic understanding of jewellery (gold/diamond) preferred
Ability to explain prices and products patiently and transparently
Basic computer knowledge (billing software/Tally is an advantage)
Prior jewellery or luxury retail experience preferred
Work Requirements
Willingness to stand for long hours
Honest, disciplined, and reliable
Ability to work during weekends and peak festive seasons
