We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales CRM Executive
with experience in the
solar industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire customer relationship cycle--ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and strengthening long-term client relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the
CRM system
with leads, client interactions, follow-up schedules, and sales progress.
Conduct
regular and timely client follow-ups
to ensure smooth communication and conversion of leads into sales.
Build and maintain
strong, healthy relationships
with clients, understanding their solar energy needs and providing tailored solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Track and analyze lead performance, follow-up efficiency, and conversion metrics through CRM dashboards and reports.
Ensure all customer queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, quotations, and after-sales service updates.
Maintain high levels of client engagement and retention through consistent communication.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in
sales or CRM management
, preferably within the
solar or renewable energy sector
.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Basic technical understanding of solar products and solutions is an advantage.
