The Sales / CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting the sales team, and ensuring effective lead management throughout the real estate sales cycle. The role focuses on lead follow-ups, client coordination, CRM data management, site visit scheduling, and post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from multiple channels
Follow up with leads and prospects to drive site visits and bookings
Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and closure support
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups
CRM Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system
Update lead interactions, site visits, bookings, and feedback
Generate CRM reports on leads, conversions, and sales performance
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes
Customer Coordination
Schedule and coordinate site visits, meetings, and calls
Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the sales journey
Provide project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation
Handle customer queries and ensure smooth communication
Post-Sales & Documentation Support
Support booking formalities and documentation processes
Coordinate with internal teams for agreement, payments, and handover
Assist in customer onboarding and post-booking follow-ups
Marketing & Campaign Support
Support sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Manage customer databases for email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
Track responses and feedback from marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-4 years of experience in real estate sales, CRM, or customer coordination
Experience working with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good follow-up and coordination abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Ability to multitask and work under targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
