About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated, confident, and skilled
Sales & CRM Executives
to join our expanding international operations team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong convincing power, and hands-on experience with sales calling and CRM handling. The role includes handling global clients, performing cold calling, managing customer records, and driving sales conversions while ensuring high-quality service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
cold calling, telecalling, and international calling
to generate leads and communicate with US-based clients (mandatory).
Handle
outbound sales calls and inbound customer inquiries
professionally and efficiently.
Convert leads into customers
through persuasive communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Present and explain company services clearly to potential clients and address objections confidently.
Manage and update customer records in CRM
with accuracy and maintain communication logs, follow-ups, and status progress.
Collect, verify, and upload client documents according to compliance guidelines.
Build strong, long-term, and trust-based customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support sales workflow.
Meet and exceed
monthly and weekly performance targets
, including call volume, conversions, document verifications, and CRM engagement KPIs.
Maintain professionalism and
ensure data security and confidentiality
at all times.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and services.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

1-4 years of proven experience in
Sales, Telecalling, Cold Calling, CRM, BPO, Customer Support, or International Calling
roles.
Confident speaker with strong convincing ability and negotiation skills.
Experience in handling
international customers
is preferred.
Knowledge of
sales strategies, customer handling, and CRM systems
is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage workload efficiently.
Proficient in MS Excel, basic computer operations, and online documentation.
Comfortable working in
US Night Shift
only.
