The Sales & CRM Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer data, assisting with sales activities, and ensuring smooth use of the CRM system. This role helps improve sales performance, customer experience, and overall team efficiency.
Key Duties
Sales Coordinate
Help prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with clients
Track leads and update the sales pipeline
Create regular sales reports and summaries
CRM Management
Keep CRM data clean and updated
Assist team members with CRM use and basic troubleshooting
Analyze CRM data to support sales and marketing strategies
Team Coordination
Work with marketing on lead generation and campaigns
Coordinate with finance and customer service
Support internal meetings, reports, and documents

Job Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with CRM systems
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service
