Job Description

Customer relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a primary point of contact.

Sales generation:

Work with the sales team to generate leads, make outbound calls, and convert inquiries into new business.

Customer support:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

Sales cycle management:

Manage appointments, provide order status updates, and assist customers with purchases.

Data and reporting:

Update customer profiles and email lists, and perform analysis on customer feedback and cancellation data.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
