Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and client-focused

Sales Counselor

to guide patients through our dermatology and aesthetic treatment offerings. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, explain treatment plans, and convert consultations into successful treatment enrollments while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients on skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments offered by the clinic Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatment packages Explain treatment procedures, benefits, pricing, and payment plans clearly Convert walk-ins and consultations into confirmed treatments Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending leads Handle client queries, objections, and post-consultation follow-ups Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in sales or counseling (healthcare, skin clinic, or wellness industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and confident with a customer-centric approach Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, billing software) Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Experience

Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic clinics, or luxury wellness brands Familiarity with skin and hair treatments is an added advantage

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
