ABOUT THE ROLE

Aesthetica360 is a multi-specialty aesthetic clinic focusing on

Hair, Skin, and Advanced Dental procedures

.
We are looking for a

result-driven Sales Counselor

who can convert patient enquiries into

high-value treatment packages

through structured consultations and follow-ups.

This is

NOT

a receptionist or telecaller role.
This role is for someone who understands

consultative selling in healthcare

.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Consultation & Sales

Counsel patients for hair, skin, and dental treatment plans Explain treatment packages, outcomes, timelines, and pricing clearly Convert consultations into treatment packages and procedures

Lead Management

Handle walk-in, call, WhatsApp, and digital leads Ensure

100% follow-up

(Day 1, Day 3, Day 7) Track leads and conversion status daily

Revenue & Conversion

Achieve monthly sales targets Pitch EMI and package upgrades confidently Maintain conversion ratios as per clinic benchmarks

Coordination

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk Ensure smooth patient onboarding after closure

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Mandatory

1-4 years of experience in

healthcare / aesthetic / dental / IVF / high-ticket sales

Proven experience closing

?50,000+ packages

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Comfortable with follow-ups and objection handling

Preferred

Experience in aesthetic clinics, cosmetic dermatology, dental clinics, or IVF centers Familiarity with EMIs and treatment financing

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (VERY IMPORTANT)

Minimum

20-25% conversion

from consultations Daily follow-up discipline Target-oriented and outcome-focused mindset

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 - ?30,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based commissions Growth opportunity with clinic expansion

WORKING HOURS

6 days/week Fixed clinic hours
