Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year in the same field
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about treatments & services
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and follow-ups
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to clinic growth
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for seamless client experience
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Confidence and professionalism in client interaction
