Job Summary:



The Sales Counselor is responsible for converting walk-in and inquiry leads into clients by explaining wellness, slimming, and beauty programs offered by Vecura Wellness. The role focuses on understanding client needs, providing suitable solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle walk-in clients and convert them into confirmed enrollments. Explain the slimming, wellness, and beauty programs based on client needs. Conduct one-on-one consultations and provide customized program options. Maintain and update client records in the system accurately. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets. Follow up with prospective clients through calls and messages. Coordinate with the slimming and beauty teams for smooth service delivery. Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports. Maintain clinic ambiance and ensure a pleasant client experience.

Requirements:



Any graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Science). 1-3 years of experience in sales or counselling (wellness/healthcare industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and result-driven. Good computer and documentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
