1-4 Years (Skin / Hair / Aesthetic / Healthcare industry preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Counsellor who can guide patients, understand their concerns, explain treatments, build trust, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients for skin, laser, cosmetic and aesthetic treatments Understand client needs and suggest suitable services/packages Handle walk-in & telephonic inquiries professionally Achieve monthly sales & conversion targets Maintain excellent patient relationship & follow-ups Support clinic operations with documentation & coordination

Requirements:

Graduate / Relevant Qualification preferred Experience in Clinic / Hospital / Cosmetic / Wellness industry preferred Strong communication & convincing skills Pleasant personality with customer handling ability Result-driven with positive attitude
