Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Sales Counselor

to join our team. The selected candidate will attend their

final interview in Chandigarh

and complete

7-10 days of unpaid training

(with free stay and meals). Upon successful completion of training, the position will be based at our

Ludhiana branch

, with salary starting from the date of joining in Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized wellness consultations to clients based on their health needs. Explain treatment plans, wellness programs, and product benefits to customers. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Collaborate with doctors, dietitians, and therapists to ensure client satisfaction. Keep accurate records of client progress and maintain confidentiality. Achieve monthly sales and service targets set by the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation in any field (Background in wellness, nutrition, or healthcare preferred). 2-3 years of experience in wellness, health consulting, or customer relations. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Customer-oriented with the ability to build trust and rapport.
