Lead Management: Manage leads via calls, CRM, and presentations. Ensure timely follow-ups and zero overdue tasks.
Calls & Outreach: Make outbound calls using Ozonetel dialer and attend to all inbound inquiries.
Counseling & Presentations: Book and conduct career counseling sessions, address objections, and close enrollments.
CRM & Pipeline: Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM, ensure clean data tagging, and manage a pipeline of potential students.
Revenue Focus: Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets through lead conversions and upgrades.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with mentors, retention, and placement teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Reporting & QA: Submit daily activity reports and incorporate feedback from quality audits to improve performance.
Key Outcomes Expected
Increase inquiry-to-presentation and presentation-to-enrollment conversion rates.
Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets.
Maintain high QA scores for calls and CRM usage.
Enhance student satisfaction and contribute to a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
