Handle new student enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into admissions.
Manage the inside sales process, including pitching courses, explaining offerings, and handling objections.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure high quality and professionalism in all communications.
