Key Responsibilities:
Counsel potential aspirants regarding course offerings and admission procedures
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from leads
Understand aspirants' goals and recommend suitable programs
Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new students
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the admissions process
Meet monthly admission targets and maintain a high conversion rate
Qualifications:
Previous experience in counselling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle inquiries professionally and provide clear information
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
