Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Counsel students on available courses, career paths, and higher education opportunities. Assist with admissions procedures, eligibility criteria, and application processes. Provide information on scholarships, financial aid, and study abroad programs. Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for prospective students and parents. Address student concerns regarding academic challenges, career goals, and study plans. Stay updated on the latest trends in education, university requirements, and industry demand. Collaborate with institutions, universities, and training centers for student placements. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and follow-ups. Organize seminars, career fairs, and orientation programs for student engagement. Meet monthly targets of 10 to 12 enrolments per billing cycle.

Requirements:



Experience in student counseling, career guidance, or admissions is preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance.
