Roles & Responsibility :
Understand students' academic needs, goals, and challenges through calls or in-person sessions.
Recommend suitable learning programs, courses, or training paths based on individual goals.
Guide students through the enrollment process and resolve queries about curriculum, schedule, fees, and certifications.
Follow up with prospective learners to drive conversions (in ed-tech or sales-driven setups).
Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.
Collaborate with academic teams to ensure student success and engagement.
Provide post-enrollment support and ensure high student satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or related industry.
Fluency in both English and Kanada.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Strong understanding of the EdTech market (IITJEE & NEET prefered) and educational technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
A self-starter with a passion for learning and sales.
