Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on study abroad options, programs, and universities across multiple destinations.
Convert student leads into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
Build strong relationships with students and parents by understanding their needs and career goals.
Manage the end-to-end admissions process: applications, documentation, visa guidance, and financial planning.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admissions targets.
Stay updated on global education trends, visa regulations, and destination requirements.
Represent the company at seminars, fairs, and events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any discipline; background in counseling, sales, or education preferred).
1-3 years of experience in study abroad counseling, sales, or education consulting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving targets.
