Job Responsibilities:

Handle patient inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp). Explain hair, skin & wellness treatments (HT, PRP, GFC, medication, etc.). Convert leads into consultations & sales. Follow up with leads and maintain CRM hygiene. Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow. Ensure excellent patient experience and service satisfaction.

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream; science/healthcare preferred).

Excellent communication & convincing skills.

Customer-focused, target-driven, and well-presented. Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
