The Sales Counselor will be responsible for guiding patients on suitable skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments, explaining packages, converting inquiries into confirmed treatments, and ensuring excellent patient experience. The role requires strong communication, sales ability, and empathy towards clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel patients about skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments based on doctor's recommendation
Explain treatment plans, packages, and pricing clearly to patients
Convert walk-in and online inquiries into treatment packages
Follow up with leads and pending patients regularly
Maintain daily sales records and update CRM software
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front-desk team
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Handle patient concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments
Support marketing and promotional campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in sales/counseling (clinic/healthcare/beauty industry preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Customer-centric attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
Good grooming and professional appearance
