The Sales Counselor is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, understanding client needs, explaining clinical treatments, and converting inquiries into sales. The role requires strong communication skills, product/treatment knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
Greet and assist walk-in clients and appointment patients.
Conduct consultations to understand customer concerns related to skin, hair, and aesthetics.
Provide accurate information about available treatments and services (laser, dermatology, cosmetic procedures, etc.).
Recommend suitable treatments based on client requirements and dermatologist guidance.
2. Sales Conversion
Convert inquiries (walk-ins, leads, calls, online queries) into confirmed sales.
Upsell and cross-sell treatments, packages, and memberships.
Prepare customized treatment plans and explain pricing clearly.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Follow up with leads and pending consultations through call/SMS/WhatsApp/CRM.
Ensure client satisfaction and handle concerns professionally.
4. Operational Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records in CRM/software.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth operations.
Ensure the counseling area is clean, presentable, and client-friendly.
Handle payment processing and invoicing as required.
5. Compliance & Quality
Follow clinic protocols, confidentiality standards, and service quality guidelines.
Stay updated on new treatments, technologies, and ongoing promotions.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BSc, or related fields).
Diploma or certification in cosmetology/dermatology counseling is a plus.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry preferred).
Skills
