Role Overview

The

Counsellor

will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the clinic or inquiring online. Your role involves understanding client concerns, explaining suitable skin/hair treatments, and helping them make informed decisions. Candidates from

academic counselling

,

customer relationship

, or

healthcare counselling

backgrounds are welcome to apply--training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel walk-in and online clients about available dermatology, hair, and laser treatments. Understand client concerns and recommend appropriate solutions in consultation with doctors. Maintain client records and ensure a smooth pre- and post-treatment experience. Convert inquiries into appointments and appointments into treatments (conversion counselling). Follow up with leads and maintain a daily tracking sheet. Coordinate between clients and the clinical team for seamless operations. Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

Graduate in any field (counselling, psychology, marketing, or healthcare preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer interaction roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in handling client queries and presenting treatment options. Presentable, positive attitude, and team-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
