Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Sales Counselor

to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of proven experience in a sales or counseling role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves understanding client needs, offering appropriate solutions, and driving successful conversions to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide relevant product or service information. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and walk-ins. Provide detailed information on offerings and assist clients through the entire sales process. Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success. Keep accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems accordingly. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required). 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, counseling, or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
