The Sales Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals about software training courses such as
CAD- CAM and IT related programs
, understanding their career goals, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries
Provide course counselling based on student background and career objectives
Explain course details including curriculum, duration, fees, and placement support
Promote and sell software training programs effectively
Follow up with prospective students and close admissions
Coordinate demo classes and support the admission process
Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical courses in a simple and convincing manner
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred)
Qualifications
Any Graduate / Diploma holder
Experience in education sales or training institutes is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,915.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
