Key Responsibilities:
- Handle challenging client queries with patience & professionalism
- Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue)
- Conduct outbound calls & follow-ups to generate interest
- Maintain accurate records & handle objections effectively
- Stay updated on UPSC trends to better assist students
What We're Looking For:
- Customer service & sales skills
- Excellent communication & problem-solving attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field
- Proficiency in CRM, Google Meet, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of UPSC CSE process (preferred)
- Candidate must have own laptop
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
