Role: Sales Counsellor

Location: Chandigarh

Type: Full-time

? Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents about UPSC AKHADA courses

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions

- Follow up with leads and maintain strong student engagement

- Accurately record calls, follow-ups, and conversions

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses

- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams when required

? What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Confident, student-centric, and result-driven approach

- Ability to build rapport and understand aspirant needs

- Experience in sales, counselling, or EdTech is preferred

- Basic understanding of UPSC / State PSC exams is an added advantage
