The Sales Counselor is responsible for converting walk-in and inquiry leads into consultations and treatments, building strong client relationships, and ensuring an excellent patient experience while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome, counsel, and guide patients regarding skin, laser, and cosmetic services
Understand client concerns and suggest suitable treatments/packages
Convert inquiries and walk-ins into confirmed appointments/sales
Explain treatment benefits, pricing, EMI/finance options, and offers
Maintain follow-up with prospects through calls/WhatsApp
Coordinate with doctors and clinic team for smooth patient journey
Maintain patient records, CRM updates, and daily reporting
Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to branch growth
Maintain professionalism, grooming, and brand standards
Handle customer queries, service issues, and ensure satisfaction
Eligibility / Qualifications
Graduate / HSC with relevant experience
1-4 years' experience in Sales / Retail / Healthcare / Hospitality preferred
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM)
