Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and counsel walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable slimming programs and treatments. Conduct consultations and explain clinic services, packages, and benefits in a professional and persuasive manner. Achieve monthly sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed sales. Follow up on leads (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries) to ensure timely closures. Maintain accurate records of client details, consultations, and sales in the CRM system. Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth execution of treatment plans. Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships. Stay updated on slimming treatments, offers, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in sales/counselling in slimming, wellness, healthcare, or beauty industry preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive selling ability. Customer-centric approach and ability to handle objections confidently. Good computer skills (MS Office/CRM knowledge). Target-driven with a positive attitude and pleasing personality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
