Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Counselor to join our team at Anytime Fitness. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to both prospective and existing members.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Membership Promotion:

Engage actively with potential members to understand their fitness goals and promote the most suitable membership plans. Conduct one-on-one consultations to explain the benefits of joining Anytime Fitness and the various membership options available. Achieve and surpass individual sales targets, contributing to the overall sales goals of the gym.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with members and prospects to improve retention and encourage referrals. Handle member inquiries, provide information regarding memberships, services, and facilities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the CRM system.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other promotional activities. Conduct facility tours for potential members, showcasing gym offerings and addressing their fitness needs.

Administering Membership Processes:

Assist with completing all necessary membership paperwork, including contract signing and payment processing. Ensure all documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.

Collaboration & Team Support:

Work closely with the Sales Manager and team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Customer Service & Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve concerns or issues faced by members or prospects in a professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service and consistently strive to exceed expectations.

Key Requirements:



Prior sales experience, preferably in the fitness, health, or wellness industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems. A positive attitude, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player. Basic computer knowledge required.

Education & Experience:



High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus. Prior experience in a sales role or customer-facing position, preferably in the fitness industry, is highly desirable.

Competitive Salary:


2.15 Lakh to
3.36 Lakhs per annum, starting from the date of joining.

Incentive:

Attractive incentives for achieving monthly sales targets. Employees can earn between
10K to
33K and above on a monthly basis, applicable from the date of joining.

Gross Earning Example:



If the CTC of an employee is
3.12 Lakh per annum, here's how the monthly gross earning would look with target-based incentives:

Monthly Salary:

Achieving the Target Slab of
11.1 Lakh:

Incentive Percentage: 3.50%

11,10,000 3.50% =
38,850

Total Monthly Gross Earning:



26,000 (Monthly Salary) +
38,850 (Monthly Incentive) =
64,850

Duty Shift (8-hour duty required to complete a full day):



Morning Shift:

6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Afternoon Shift:

2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Shifts may change on a weekly basis.

Probation Period and Employment Confirmation:



The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period, during which their performance will be reviewed. Upon successful completion of the probation period and a favorable performance review, the candidate's employment will be confirmed. During the probation period, the employee is entitled to weekly off as per the monthly schedule. After completion of the probation period, the company's leave policy will be applicable.

Notice Period:



A 30-day notice period is required after confirmation.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
