Job Role: Education Counselor Experience: 0 - 6 years Salary: Not Disclosed Location: New Delhi Job description Responsibilities : Counseling students and parents about our course over calls or face to face. Outbound calls as per the leads receive from the support team (Marketing, Admin-support). Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis over the call. Counsel students and parents who walk into the office for various programs. Guide students on a sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success. Update the daily database to CRM. Responsible for overall admissions in the center. Qualification Any Graduate Skills/Experience : Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert them into admission. Should have excellent communication skills. Should be excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Should be excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint. Should be a Team Player, Good convincing and Grabbing power. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 98,471.52 - 937,930.66 per month Day range:
- Monday to Friday
