Sales Counsellor
to guide clients through their skin concerns, recommend suitable treatments, and drive conversions for our premium aesthetic clinic.
Responsibilities:
Client consultation and treatment recommendation
Converting inquiries and walk-ins into sales
Follow-ups for repeat visits and package renewals
Explaining procedures, pricing, and treatment plans
Supporting dermatologists and therapists for smooth client flow
Achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Experience in a skin clinic/aesthetic centre/wellness clinic preferred
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Presentable, confident, and sales-oriented
Ability to work in a premium service environment
