Key Responsibilities:

? Provide expert counseling to students and parents on course offerings and career pathways

? Manage walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries, and online leads with professionalism

? Assess student requirements, backgrounds, and aspirations to recommend suitable career-oriented programs

? Consistently achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

? Maintain comprehensive student enquiry data, follow-up schedules, and conversion records in CRM

? Handle day-to-day tasks including campus tours, CRM maintenance, and student interactions

? Work closely with academic and operations teams for seamless student onboarding and enrollment

? Actively participate in promotional activities, seminars, and counseling sessions

? Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout their journey

? Ensure exceptional student satisfaction from initial enquiry through successful admission

? Guide junior counsellors when needed

? Support centre initiatives and collaborate with the Sales Manager on campaigns

? Generate referrals and build long-term relationships with students and alumni

Required Qualifications:

? 3-5 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development

? Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets consistently

? Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

? Empathetic listener with problem-solving mindset

? Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

? Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience in education & training industry

? Understanding of design, technology, or creative education sectors

? Bachelor's degree in any discipline
