Key Responsibilities:
? Support the sales team with scheduling, presentations, reports, and administrative tasks.
? Handle order processing, invoicing, quotations, and documentation.
? Maintain CRM and sales databases (e.g., Google Sheets) with up-to-date customer and pipeline information.
? Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
? Track sales performance metrics and assist in forecasting and planning.
? Liaise between sales, operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth communication and execution.
? Assist in preparing sales proposals, promotional materials, and presentations.
? Excellent verbal communication skills in the regional language and English.
? Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
? Good knowledge of computer operations.
? Ability to Multitask and coordinate across teams.
? Should have knowledge about hlookup, vlookup & pivot table.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree
? 2 - 5 years of sales co-ordinator experience
Key Skills:
? Good experience in advance MS - EXCEL is a must.
