Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Provide excellent customer service by handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
Manage order processing, documentation, and sales reports.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and assist in sales forecasting.
Support sales initiatives, campaigns, and follow-ups to drive business growth.
Skills:
Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
