Job Description

We are hiring for Sales Coordinator a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you will be a key support person for our sales department, helping to streamline operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure our sales team has the resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, creating presentations, and managing travel arrangements.

Customer and Client Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Sales Process Management:

Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, updating customer relationship management (

CRM

) software, and coordinating sales activities.

Order and Data Management:

Process sales orders, manage contracts, and ensure all sales-related data is accurate and up-to-date in our internal systems.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process from beginning to end.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor key sales metrics and assist in analyzing performance to help the sales team identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with

CRM

software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong data entry skills.

Soft Skills:

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organization:

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Problem-Solving:

Proactive and a strong problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required with relevant work experience.
