We are looking for a

Design Coordinator

to facilitate and coordinate various aspects of the design process. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution while meeting timelines and milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Ensure smooth execution of design projects from concept to completion Identify issues and proactively resolve coordination or execution challenges Maintain documentation and project updates

Required Attributes

Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design aesthetics Proactive problem-solving mindset Excellent time management and organizational skills

Qualifications & Experience

1-3 years of experience in design coordination or project management Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field Proven experience working within the design industry Proficiency in project management tools and design software
