Tanvii Technologies is looking for a proactive and organized
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team, manage client communication, and ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
Prepare sales reports, quotations, and invoices
Maintain and update customer databases and records
Assist in order processing and tracking deliveries
Support sales executives in achieving monthly targets
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
Ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
Language Requirements:
Tamil - Mandatory
English - Mandatory
Hindi - Preferred
Malayalam - Preferred
Telugu - Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
