SALES COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY



Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Managing sales documentation, maintaining customer databases, and handling paperwork related to sales orders and contracts.

Communication Coordination:

Serving as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries, relaying information between the sales team, clients, and other departments, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Sales Process Support:

Assisting with sales presentations, preparing sales reports, coordinating sales activities, and tracking sales progress.

Client Relationship Management:

Responding to client inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Team Support:

Coordinating sales team meetings, managing schedules, and providing support for sales team members to improve their efficiency and productivity.

Sales Goal Achievement:

Contributing to the achievement of sales targets by assisting with sales strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and monitoring sales performance.

Training and Onboarding:

Assisting in the training and onboarding of new sales staff.

Inventory Management:

Managing inventory of sales materials, ensuring materials are up-to-date, and coordinating the distribution of sales materials.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Inputting sales data into systems, generating sales reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Coordination with Other Departments:

Collaborating with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless sales processes.
Skills Required:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sales process knowledge and experience.
