Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Client Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B corporate clients. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate gifting solutions. Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Order Management:

Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of gifts. Track orders, manage timelines, and resolve any issues that arise during fulfillment.

Sales Support:

Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and quotations. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Upsell and cross-sell products/services to increase order value.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently. Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings.

Reporting & CRM:

Maintain accurate records of client communications and orders in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales,client servicing, sales, or customer relationship roles (preferably in gifting, retail, or event services). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
