Key Responsibilities
Train new and existing sales team members on products, process, and sales approach.
Motivate and guide sales executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Coordinate between sales team and management for reporting and follow-ups.
Monitor daily sales activities, meetings, and performance updates.
Assist in onboarding of new sales members and ensure process compliance.
Support the team with documentation, policy coordination, and basic operational tasks.

Basic knowledge of sales coordination and team handling is desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary ranging from

, based on experience and capability.
