Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced

Sales Coordinator

with a background in

motor pumps or related industrial products

. The role involves supporting the sales team, coordinating with clients and distributors, preparing quotations, managing order processing, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, service, and dispatch departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle daily inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers for order confirmation. Maintain customer databases, order tracking, and sales records. Support field sales staff with documentation, lead management, and proposal submissions. Communicate with clients for product details, pricing, and after-sales support. Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance summaries for management review. Assist in handling dealer/distributor accounts and payment follow-ups. Ensure coordination between internal departments - stores, accounts, and service. Maintain knowledge of company products, pricing structures, and competitor activity

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate preferred.

2-4 years

of experience in

motor pumps, water systems, or similar industrial products.

Customer-focused approach with good negotiation and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
