POSITION DETAILS Grade 5 ( PS4) Practice Group: Sales Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager No of Direct reports 1 No of Indirect reports 0 Location: Mumbai Designation Sales Co-Ordinator OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION Summary: The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. The candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Individual users / Team work External: Clients/Internal POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Main Duties:

  • Track the daily activities of the sales team and provide reports at regional level
  • Providing information to sales on achievement against target, gap
  • Maintaining the Sales Force Automation system for new leads, account and opportunity creation.
  • Maintaining the Sales Force Automation system for all customer and prospect contacts
  • Interfacing with Pre-sales team to provide support to the sales team
  • Providing various kinds of MIS reports from the system
  • Interfacing with Marketing to provide demonstration systems, marketing collateral
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to spot non-trivial trends
  • Experience in single point of interface for all support that sales team requires from internal divisions
  • Cold calling will be an integral part of the job
  • Payment collection on calls
  • Researching products from the internet, trade data, and sales staff meeting notes
  • Having skillsets for Customer relationship management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KOWNLEDGE, EXPERIENCE Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
Skills
  • Good command of English (written & oral)
  • Proficient in MS office tools
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Experience Minimum experience of 1+ Year in sales related role COMPETENCIES Business Acumen

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 918,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
