Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales activities
Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders, and reports
Maintain and update customer and sales records
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations)
Handle customer queries and provide timely responses
Assist in tracking sales targets and performance
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Requirements & Skills
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or related role
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills
